Samantha is an experienced HR Consultant who specialises in supporting SMEs with tailored HR strategies, neurodiversity solutions, and workplace mediation. Samantha brings over 14 years of HR experience, including senior-level roles across both public and private sector organisations. As a Neurodiversity Strategist, she partners with organisations to create inclusive environments that harness the strengths of neurodivergent employees while ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
With a background spanning both the private and public sectors, Samantha has worked with notable organisations including Hyde Housing, Catalyst Housing, Peabody Housing, Network Rail, Transport for London (TfL), the London Boroughs of Sutton and Merton, STA Travel, VirtTalent, and Aspermont Media. Her expertise in Employee Relations, workplace investigations, and mediation makes her a trusted partner in resolving conflicts and building positive workplace cultures.
Samantha is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, providing her with the tools to support employee wellbeing across all levels. In addition to her consultancy work, she serves as a business mentor, helping SME owners and leaders navigate complex HR challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
Vivien Mwanaka is a qualified and experienced Occupational Psychologist, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) with a strong track record of delivering impactful mental health support in both clinical and workplace settings.

Vivien specialises in delivering evidence-based, short-term therapeutic interventions including Low-Intensity CBT and psychoeducation for anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and trauma. Her work within the IAPT programme reflects her commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health care.
